Halloween White Elephant: Four Flies on Grey Velvet (1971)

From Brian SalisburyKnowing Noahs proclivities as well as his blind spots, I continued with the theme of Italian horror. Noah seems to know Fulci pretty well, but thats about it. I dont blame him, Fulci is my favorite as well and Argento can get a little flowery with his more supernatural stuff. But his giallo films are fantastic and I wanted to expose Noah to that side of him as a filmmaker.

Salads, burgers are delicious at Iron Horse in Oxnard
Written by Zoe Humffray on November 29, 2011 – 12:03 am
Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, 4-9 p.m. Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.
Impressions: Western motif in downtown Oxnard restaurant; pleasant, hands-on service; good, basic American and Mexican dishes.
What’s hot: Single Barrel Burger, strawberry salad, Iron Horse chips.
There are rustic and amusing Old West decorative touches at the Iron Horse Bar & Grill in downtown Oxnard, but the personal touches by the owners when time permits are the best of all.
A reader called our attention to Iron Horse, and we immediately put it on our list of new places to try.

A Summit rep tells me that Mitchell was shown a final cut of the film Source Code on February 24th in NYC. Read full post…
